Green Tomato Chutney

For Grinding
2 green tomatoes
1 tbl coriander seed
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1 green chilli
1 clove garlic
1/2 tbl peanuts
1/2 tsp sesame seeds
For frying
1/4 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp mustard seeds
2 red chillies

Grind all of the above to a paste.

Add a little oil, add ingredients for frying. When they start to pop, add the paste.
Cook until all water has evaporated.
